We offer a 30-day return policy on unopened items in their original packaging. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@a2zprinters.net and we will arrange a replacement or full refund. See our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Free shipping is available on all orders over $75. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All payments are processed securely with SSL encryption. We do not store your payment information.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the carrier's website to check the status of your delivery. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us.
Yes — all products listed on a2zPrinters are brand new and come in their original manufacturer packaging. We do not sell refurbished, open-box, or grey-market items unless clearly stated in the product listing.
We do not currently offer a formal price-match guarantee, but we work hard to keep our prices competitive. If you find a significantly lower price on an identical item from a reputable retailer, feel free to email us and we'll do our best to help.
